Birthday Parties and Special Events
We have three birthday/special event packages at Urban Village.
Each package includes exclusive use of Urban Village for 90 minutes and up to 15 kids (not including parents of attendees). For parties over 15 kids, please contact us as additional fee may be added.
A deposit of 50% is due to reserve your date. Once a date is reserved/booked, we will reach out
within 24-48 hours before the party to gather last minute details in order to plan a loose timeline
of the party.
*All participants under 18 will need a parent/guardian to complete a waiver before participating!
All Inclusive - $300
Urban Village will do all the things: we will provide the cake, drinks, paper goods, decorations, and organize games to play. Games will be based on how many kids and their age.
Nerf games are available on request.
This package is $300.00.
Birthday Party - $250
You provide cake, snacks, decor and paper goods.
Urban Village staff will lead and
organize games based on how many kids and their age.
Nerf games are available on request.
This package is $250.00
Gym Rental - $200
You rent the play area for kids to free play.
You can still bring in your own decor, cakes, snacks, etc.
Urban Village staff will be on hand, but no organized games or activities will be planned.
Nerf games are NOT available with this package.
